FAQs

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

From the time of order, processing and packaging order can take between 3-5 days to ship. At that time, you should receive a tracking number. All food items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please reach out to the carrier for any shipping questions after you have received your tracking number.

Can I return my treats?

We currently do not accept returns, but we give a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We want you to be happy eating and giving our treats. If there is a problem with your order simply email us and we will arrange a way for you have it replaced or refunded.

How do I store my treats?

Dog treats are best consumed within 2-3 weeks and can be frozen to extend shelf-life.
Chocolate should be stored somewhere cool (preferably the refrigerator) and should be consumed within 2-3 weeks.

Do your dog treats contain dyes or preservatives?

Our products do not contain any added dyes, sugars, or preservatives. All treats are made with high quality human-grade ingredients. We pride ourselves on being as natural as possible to ensure you are giving your dog the absolute best!

Are the dog biscuits soft?

Due to being a preservative-free dog treat company, our dog biscuits are not soft. We remove moisture as the only action we take to preserve. If you find the biscuits to be too crunchy for your pup, simply add a little water to soften.

Are your treats nut-free?

We are not a nut-free facility, but we do make an effort to avoid cross contaminating between peanut butter treats and other flavors. We do sanitize our products between each batch as well, but no guarantee can be made.

What is carob? It looks like chocolate.

Yes carob does look like chocolate but it’s completely different and carob doesn’t contain caffeine and theobromine, so it is perfectly safe for your pup to enjoy! It’s also human grade so you can enjoy some too!
